The miracle of life and birth is truly incredible! During your labor, I will be there to guide, encourage, comfort, and support you every step of the way as you do what your body was designed to do. My goal is to help you feel empowered and cared for so that you look back on this miraculous season with joy, love, and great fondness!
Services:
Continuous emotional, informational, physical, and spiritual support from a professionally DONA trained doula- from hire through final postpartum visit
Two in-home prenatal visits to create your birth plan and support your physical and emotional preparation for birth
A complimentary get-to-know you consultation
A backup doula on call in case of emergencies with primary doula
In-person continuous support through labor, birth, and the first 1-2 hours postpartum, including hands-on techniques to encourage natural labor progression and support pain relief and coping strategies
Digital unedited photos of moments of your labor and birth if desired
Postpartum visit to process your birth with you, and provide any support needed
